Going back to school

It's been a long time since I wrote something here....

I went back to the gym last Friday. Funny thing was I only stayed there for 30 mins; 20 mins in the treadmill and 7 mins in the stepper. HAHAHA. But at least I went to the gym right? Its better than not going anyway.

Last Saturday I accompanied my friend T on her orientation/enrollment for Graduate School. We were supposed to meet at 10.00 but I woke up late and ended up arriving in school at 10:30. Sorry T! Anyways, the entire process gave me goosebumps. Riding the mrt and lrt once again. I was really happy that I was literally jumping/hopping down the stairs of the lrt. I loveeee it :D

I miss being a student, I saw some of my psychology blockmates enrolling for grad school and I can't help but be jealous. But its okay, my time will definitely come, I just have to be patient :D

I have a lot of things running in my mind right now but i can't seem to express it in words. Darn.

I have to end this.

The CDs are heree!

Anton was kind enough to share to five of his readers CDs from the 2007 Kerygma Conference. I was one of the lucky readers who won.

Thank you so much Anton. :D

Nai Cha Love :D

I don't know why but I am really in love with Nai Cha. :D

Have you seen the latest commercial of Chowking's Hong Kong Style Congee line? Well, the commercial showed that blogging is a powerful medium in the advertising world.

Back to my nai cha, hehehe. I am addicted to Chowking's Nai Cha. In fact if been drinking this drink for three straight days now. I am looking for establishments that serves good Nai Cha so if you know one please let me know.

A very refreshing Nai Cha that I have recently have was at Wai Ying in Binondo. For 55 pesos, I was in bliss :D But the drink was really "bitin"....one sip and its gone. If ever I'm going back to Wai Ying I'd order two glasses of their Nai Cha.

My dream is to be a pro blogger. I'm just starting now and my next goal is to be invited in blogging activities. I was supposed to attend the trinoma food tour last april but I was still new at work. I hope that there will be events for bloggers soon. How can i get news about bloggers event?

Thanks :D

Chips & Coke

Since most of my time is spent at home, I can't help but eat. This is my usual merienda, chips and coke. I know it's a deadly combination. I'm trying my very best to avoid these because I'd like to live a healthy life. I have to go on a diet/exercise......

Vietnamese Coffee

The first time I tasted Vietnamese coffee was during my terminal year in college. My thesismates/ojtmates went to Makati to get our OJT certification when the HR person told us to come back after lunch. So we looked for a place to have lunch. We were supposed to eat a Jollibee but the lines were long and decided to have a quick fix at Pho Hoa in Greenbelt1. Since I wasn't hungry yet and my veins need some caffeine, I tried ordering their Cha Pha Sua (Iced). I feel in love with this coffee ever since.

Last Friday, my veins were asking for some caffeine. Since I'm at Shang with my sister, Auntie Anne's was my first option. But their choco coffee twist is not yet ready for consumption so my sister suggested to grab a coffee at starbucks. But since I'm trying to conserve my funds (im unemployed) starbucks is not an option. I remembered my first Pho Hoa experience and decided to take a trip to the 5th floor of shang.

For 84 pesos, not bad for a caffeine fix.. refreshing delicious :D

On my way to makati

Do you guys commute? My friends find it weird that I find joys in commuting; taking the jeep, bus, train.

Today is 8/8/8.... I was supposed to meet some friends in Greenhills but there were last minute changes and I had to take the bus to Makati. When I was sitting there waiting for the bus to arrive my destination, there was a water vendor who went up the bus. We was shouting... "tubig tubig, malamig sampung piso lang" I was so thirsty that i quickly grabbed a ten peso coin from my wallet and bought a water. He gave me a bottled water and said "salamat ne ha!"

I felt a pinch in my heart....one bottle sold for that vendor is SOMETHING.

That event was inspiration... an inspiration to appreciate ALL the blessings that I have received from God.
